My feet are sore from all the walking. Unfortunately my comfiest flipflops are in the jeep. Still, all the exercise must be doing some good. Lucy seems to enjoy our little walks round, and pays a great deal of attention to a sign which is shaped like a sausage with a smiley face as we meander up the hill past the park.
Spoke to my friend Gill which was really strange as she rang when I was just thinking that I should ring her. Odd coincidence (or maybe not, as I left a message on her answer phone last week, and she'd just got back from her mum's).
Cheated with tea and made chicken tikka masala with a jar of sauce. Can't believe how quick and easy it was, and may be less inclined to make everything from scratch in future. I thought it would taste nasty, but it was actually quite nice, and Lucy seemed to enjoy it too.
