Tuesday 4th July

Had a lovely day lounging by the pool, alhtough Hop was extremely fidgity so he went back to the room for a nap. Lucy slept nearly all afternoon, and I kept having to move the sunbed round to keep her in the shade, all comfy cosy under a towel. Think that she is off colour as she is off her grub (sure tell tale sign) although it may be because she is abit over awed in the dining room, as it is very big and she is very small.
Went for an ice-cream in Puerto del Carmen, late afternoon which lucy refused so there is definitely something wrong, and then dossed about in the room before dinner. In the bar afterwards we got talking to this couple who have a little girl who is three. They gave us this voucher for use of the spa baths and saunas which they won, as they are going home tomorrow. This is ideal because I can pack Hop off in the afternoon whilst I get a bit more sunbathing in without him sighing and fidgiting next to me.
Another buffet for dindins, which was chinese in style without the dinsum. I detected this via the roughly oriental style tunics the waiters were wearing. (Bet they love their uniforms sometimes because on the first night it was mexican night and they had to wear sombreros and sashes!) Anyway Lucy ate hardly anything, which gave cause to my motherly concern. Even though I love it here, I'm glad we're going home tomorrow because I know my Mooker is a bit below par.
