Thursday !st June

Pinch punch first of the month! Was like a whirlwind spinning through the house this morning, leaving everything spic and span in my wake. Took Lucy to the small park this afternoon and nearly had a calamity. She likes to get up on this platform and sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (little show off!). Unfortunately she got rather excited and wouldn't listen when I kept telling her to hold on or sit down. By this time she was doing a good impression of Sid Vicious doing the pogo, and before I could get to the other side she toppled backwards down to the next level. Luckily wood hit wood, and there was not even a mark on her. I think that my reaction (one of abject horror!) scared her more than the fall.
Made fake T.J's (T.J's burgers situated on Welford Road, Leicester) for tea (chicken burgers with lettuce, onion, tomato and blue cheese mayonaise) Yumm! I always used to have one on a Friday night when I finished work at Vin Quatre, and me and Louise used to take them home and watch the friends episode we had recorded earlier.
Later on the 3 B's: beers, Big Brother, bed, in that order!
