Friday 2nd June
Usual supermarket sweep in the morning. I've got the time down to about 35mins now (not bad for a full trolley of shopping!) Then I had to come home and try and cram everything into the fridge, which takes just as long, if not longer.
Lucy has been invited to a birthday party on Sunday so I then had to go and locate a toy, without a ridiculous price tag. I decided that this would be alot easier without Lucy in tow, so was on a strict time limit. Managed to find an enormous bag of giant lego bricks for around 20 euros, and they wrapped it up in the shop (touch!)
Lucy kind of made a friend in the park in the afternoon. A little girl by the name of Isabella. She was only 2 months older, and it was very funny to see their curiosity of each other, sussing each other out and wanting to play, but not really having the social skills to achieve this. Lots of simultaneous following and running away. I was chatting to the little girls mum, who was English which made a nice change.
Usual Friday bedlam around the dinner table. It think that we should christen it the Emma and Amy show. Hop kept them up late so hopefully we won't get woken at the crack of dawn tomorrow. More lashings of BB, with the crowd baying for Sezers head. Satelite playing up again so went to bed. (Early to bed, early to rise so they say!)
