Friday 27th October

AM we went to the Aqua Spa, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Hop has been going for weeks, although the time he usual arranges his massage for is when I'm getting Lucy from nursery so I can't go. Amongst other things, there is a nice big warm pool with loads of pummely bits to swim under, and powershowers which puverize the knots in your shoulders that you get from pushing pushchairs and getting Mooks into car seats etc.
PM We had to go to a birthday do, which wasn't strictly speaking very kid friendly as there were alot of people there and we had to wait ages for any food. No alternative but to take Emma, Amy and the Mook, and although they were good, they were obviously all tired out, which was also the case with me and Hop. Glad to get home, where it took me approximately 10 minutes to fall into a deep (and noisily snoring) sleep. (I blame the vino.)
