Thursday 26th October

Went for dinner with Nats and Peach at Sugar and Spice. Hop couldn't come as he had a football match, and I brought Lucy with me, as she seems to behave pretty well in restaurants these days. (Touch wood! I've probably tempted fate now and jinxed her.) Had a lovely pear and walnut salad with Italian cheese to start with, which was absolutely delicious, and then a fillet steak with fig and soy sauce, which was what I had last time. Everybody had clean plates by the time the waiter came to take them away, and we all agreed that the food was absolutely disgusting(ly good!) Lucy happily played with her little beany animals which i bought to specifically entertain her with, and a pleasant night out was had by all.
