Saturday 8th July
Woke up feeling as sick as a parrot. (Serves me right for thinking that I can throw wine down my gullet with no consequence, and serves as a reminder as to why I don't make a habit of this anymore.)
Girls arrived at 10.30 at 100 mph, but thankfully they wanted to go and play in Roisin's garage. This was ok until Emma banged her head and cut it. Quite alot of blood, but no need for a hospital visit as the cut was quite small.
Had fish and chips for tea, which was just what I fancied at the time, but they were really greasy and not from Scampi's so they made me feel queasy again.
'Never again' she cried, in reference to the Vina Sol and the chips!
Spent the rest of the evening digesting OK! magazine and watching saturday night tv, which was about as taxing activity as I could stand.
(Lucy was loads better today. Maybe I'm getting her bug, and it's not a hangover at all!!)
