Monday 11th December

Best birthday that I've had in years. Nothing went according to plan, although sometimes this is the best way. Tried to go to the Spa, but it was closed for cleaning. Then thought Aha! tasty lunch, I know just the place!, but is was closed on Mondays, second choice was nearly open, but not quite, and we would have been late to pick up the Mook, so third choice was Verde's in San Eugenio, which proved to be perfect.
Went out for dinner again in the evening (Well it was my birthday!) and met up with Anna and Alex, and Dean and Greta, along with their tribe of kids, at the now infamous Drunken Mummies Restaurant(Greta was there too). No serious misdemeanors, although they brought me a bottle of Cava for a toast, and everyone sang happy Birthday to me. I had a huge sizzing steak (check out the photo KT put on her turningrooms) and I though lucy's eyes were going to pop out of her head. Alex and Anna brought me a huge bouquet of white flowers, and I had a lovely time.
