Thursday 30th November

Lucy was back at school today, so me and Andrew went out to make use of the car and do a bit of running round, namely fairly boring stuff like bank and opticians, and then we went up to the chicken shack for a spot of lunch, before collecting lucy. The food seemed to go down well, as did the view of the Barranco del Infierno, and I hadn't realised until I thumbed through a guide book yesterday that in the 30's Franco used to have people taken up there and shot if they disagreed with his regime.
Went to Rincon de Arranda for a spot of early dinner, and Lucy was presented with a small cuddly bear and a blue balloon. Tried to get her to eat some chopitos, but she wasn't really interested.
Stopped off to get some more beers from the garage, and watched a bit more of Prisonbreak, before toddling off to bed at a very respectable midnight. Felt very tired, as I've been plagued with the sound of next door's alarm clock waking me up. Yesterday it went off at 4.30 in the morning, and it's difficult to say anything to them because it's not particularly loud, more that since I had Lucy I'm a light sleeper. I'll just get my revenge on a saturday, and incite Amy to riot, as she is generally very excitable from an early hour, due to the fact she is going riding.
