Thursday 5th October

Duly carted the Mook off for her hospital appointment, and once the realisation of what was going on had sunk in, the mouth corners were firmly down. Lots of noise, although less fuss than last time (thank goodness!) and we found out that the Mook has been steadily increasing in size, and has grown 6 centimetres in 5 months and gained a kilo. Peace, tranquility and happiness were restored as soon as we stepped out into the bright, hot sunshine, and I was forgiven once she had had a go in the park by the hospital carpark.
