Wednesday 30th August

Took Lucy down to meet her cousins. The first time that I've been out in the beepbeep jeep since the other Saturday, and after I drove 10 yards down the street, I was fine. The kids had fun in the pool, whilst I sat on the patio and had a chat to Gillian and Paul. Its good to see that the mook seems to have got over her shyness, and was confidently splashing away in the kiddy pool
Had some more fun in the evening when they all came up, and we had a takeaway and lots of beer, whilst the kids ran around and played until they started dropping off to sleep, at which point a taxi was called.
