I found out today that one of Hop's sisters is booked to come on holiday at the end of the month, so that has scuppered any plans of being able to get back this summer. I know next year to make sure that we come the first week of July, to avoid the high price increases, and trying to fit round everybody else's holiday plans.
I'm enjoying having the time off here, anyway. It is a pleasant change to be able to sloth about in my pyjammies until 10, instead of racing against the clock, and feeling late if I'm not out of the door by 9.
Fairly run of the mill, average day. We haven't been able to get a babysitter for tomorrow night, as Hop has changed his nights round to accommodate the football do.(Everything always seems to revolve around the compatability with football in this house)so we are going to take Lucy out with us to the restaurant for the reception night out. No added excitement of friends or family on tv tonight, so I watched Gordan Ramsay instead, and the poor piggies get it next week. Feel sorry for his kids as they seem quite attached to them.
