Saturday 29th July
Gently woke up to the sound of absolutely nothing!! If I really strained my ears the sound of the boiler was just about audible. The time was also 9.15, and I allowed my self the luxury of luxuriating about doing nothing, the whole day! (Of course it didn't really work out this way, but I restricted myself to light household duties.)
Went for some tapas at lunchtime when we went back to get the car. As my hangover was only minorly dehabilitating I went to the big park pm for the first time in ages. Lucy had a good old run around and reintroduced herself to all the animal springy things.
A very quiet and solitary evening as Hop went to bed very early.Had a quick chat to Nats, who said that Peach is on a diet. Hope he doesn't go all skinny, as a lean, mean Peach wouldn't be the same at all! (Peaches are naturally rotund) She says the Lettuce smuggler has some piccies, so now the girls are gone I'll get down to LA to see him. Early night for me too.
