Tuesday 12th September

Another sweltering Indian summer of a day, although the heat seems to be slightly abating at night. I managed to get Lucy round the pool this afternoon, and she had plenty off fun splashing about in her Winnie the Pooh armbands/aquamook kit.
I've found that the Mercadona has started doing their own brand swim nappies (which don't suck up all the water like normal ones would) and they are roughly half the price of the Huggies ones. Typical, now that summer is nearly over, and by next year she won't need them at all.
Poor Hop is still suffering with his arm, and it was really bothering him when he got home tonight. Unfortunately there is nobody he can deligate to, so is stuck at work. I think that he is hoping it will heal in a couple of weeks, but if he doesn't rest it, I think that its going to take abit longer.
The situation is rather unfortunate,in that he has too much to do, and I don't have enough, now that the Mook is in school until 3. Matriculation for my spanish course is on the 18th September, so fast forward until then, is what I say! (There is only so much ironing, cleaning and tending my petunias that I can do before a little voice pipes up inside my head and my brain starts yelling 'Use me! Use me!!')

Hi has been a while since ive posted but things have been a tad chaotic, upheavals and new beginnings and the like. I have to dig up my login for my own blog and post forthwith. Out of curiosity what do you plan to do workwise once you matriculate?

cheers

I'm not sure. I was hoping that I may be able to get something with one of the handling agents at the airport, although the illustrious and fabulous world or timeshare might come calling again.(This would rather defeat the object of having learned spanish though,as it is a largely English-speaking dominated industry) Who know's. I need to master the past particlple yet!!!
