Friday 8th September

Had a rare, quiet friday, as the girls got dispatched back to their mum until tomorrow. (I have to go and pick them up in the morning for their riding lesson, as Hop started moaning about his lay-in and as he's obnoxious if he feels he's been diddled out of snooze time its alot easier just for me to do it.)
Managed to watch eastenders undisturbed, and tried to start re-watching Shogun, but my eyelids were not playing so I took myself off to bed. Felt absolutely exhausted and will put it down to the heat, and above average consumption of food, beer and wine over the past week.
