Friday 5th may

Lucy slept all morning until 12, which beats all previous recoprds! She can't be that sick though, because when I took her to the doctors and the nurse wanted to weigh and measure her, she clamped her legs and arms around me in a vice like python grip and screamed blue murder. A most dreadful, horrible, earsplitting noise was never heard before. They had to peal her off me. Anyway, she has grown 5 cms in 5 months (now 88cm long) and nearly 12 kilos now. She's got a bad chest infection which is making her breath smell funny, but has now got some medicine. Had a chinese takeaway for tea and managed to tempt her with some tasty tidbits. She's not eating very much at the moment. Had a nice chat to my sis, which after the week I've had was the nicest bit.
