Took Lucy to see Lewis again after nursery, and she was straight out of her clothes and into her bikini, and the pool before you could say splashtastic!. I was slightly worried that she might sink like a stone, as I'd been informed of huge amounts of banana which had been scoffed at nursery, although these fears proved to be unfounded.
Came back down again in the evening for a chinese with Jill's Mum and Dad, and Lucy happily munched on spring rolls and chicken chow mein. We had to split the kids up because when they were sat together they kept inciting each other to riot by bashing cutlery on the table, which was getting on our nerves, let alone anyone else in the restaurant. We had a really lovely evening and all to soon the clock hands spun past witching hour and it was time to go home again. Felt quite nostalgic about the past, as Jills paperwork for her visa to go and live in Australia looks like it is progressing, and it may be the last time that she comes out for a visit. (However, I seem to remember that we had a very similar conversation last year about the last visit, blah blah! and hear we were again, so you can never be sure. )
Anyway, as you can see, Lewis and Lucy had a lovely time!
